Wolviston FC is celebrating two rising stars from our U11 Girls squad after Mabel and Annie pulled on the district shirt for the very first time this week at Sunderland Ford Hub.

Both players rose to the occasion in style, doing themselves, their families and Wolviston FC proud. Across three fixtures, their district side recorded two wins and just one defeat, with Mabel and Annie delivering brilliant performances throughout.

Opportunities like this are a fantastic reward for the hard work our young players put in week after week – and it’s even better to see them grab those chances with both hands.
