A brand new walking football community is coming to Wolviston FC as we proudly launch Wolviston Wanderers — a new Just Play walking football session for adults at Metcalfe Park.

Designed for anyone who wants to enjoy football in a fun, relaxed and inclusive environment, Wolviston Wanderers will offer local people the chance to stay active, meet new friends and rediscover their love for the game — all at a slower pace.

Walking football is one of the fastest-growing forms of the game and is perfect for adults of all abilities. With no running and no pressure, sessions focus on enjoyment, participation and community spirit.

The new sessions will be open to:

• Men and women aged 18+
• Beginners and experienced players
• Anyone returning to football after time away
• People looking to improve fitness and wellbeing in a supportive setting
