Wolviston FC go down fighting at South Moor.

Wolviston started the game in a confident mood and Kai Wright was unlucky to see his first minute shot cannon off Curtis Richardsons foot in the home goal and Mikey McGee blazing the rebound way over the bar. The visitors were made to pay for this miss as Moor scored 2 quick goals within a minute on 14 mins. With their first attack a ball over the top found Kyle Fazakerley who took advantage of Wolviston keeper Jacob Crowle slipping which allowed the striker to knock the ball into an empty net. This was followed after a defensive error on the right which allowed Adrian Bailey to loop the ball over keeper Crowle who had screamed for possession.

5 mins into the second period Crowle lost his composure and chopped down Liam Orr to concede a penalty which Aidan Bailey coolly slotted home. On 55 mins Paul Roddam put Mikey McGee clear but Moor keeper Richardson blocked his shot and Mitchell Noble knocked the rebound wide. A minute later Wolvo pulled a goal back after good work by Noble was rewarded with Mikey McGee sweeping home his pass from an acute angle. On 68 mins persistence by the Wolvo midfield created a chance for Mikey McGee which he greatly accepted to push home his 2nd of the game. The final 10 mins of the game was dominated by Wolvo who tried their hardest to secure a point but sadly time ran out.
