Durham FA is introducing Parent Behaviour Training as part of their commitment to creating a positive environment in youth football. This initiative focuses on developing controlled vocal support from parents and establishing consistent behavior standards across all youth football.

Our brilliant behind-the-scenes team (you know, the ones quietly keeping everything running smoothly for all our teams!) are preparing for the initiative launching in the 2025/26 season. This will give our coaches tools and support to create the most positive environment possible for everyone involved in the beautiful game.

We believe that well-supported coaches lead to happy players and families on matchdays!
